The safety and protection of our community remain a top priority. Unfortunately, our current camera system has reached a critical point due to age, weather exposure, lack of ongoing maintenance over the years, and a lightning storm that occurred several months ago. The storm severely damaged the main control box responsible for supplying power to the camera network. As a result, the majority of the cameras are either completely inoperable, malfunctioning, or producing blurred footage that is unusable for identification purposes.

At this time, many incidents involving unauthorized individuals, predators, trespassers, or violations of the Association’s bylaws, rules, and regulations cannot be properly documented because clear video footage is no longer available. This creates a serious security concern for our residents, guests, owners, and tenants.

A new and modernized camera system is necessary to restore the level of security our community deserves. The upgraded system will help deter criminal activity, prevent unauthorized persons from entering the property, and provide reliable monitoring of common areas. It will also help protect residents from individuals going door-to-door attempting scams or suspicious solicitations, which have recently become an increasing concern within our surrounding area and neighboring buildings.
